Randy , a 1982 graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station with a BS in Agricultural Economics s been a licensed real estate agent since 1995 and has been associated with Century 21 United D&D ever since. In December of 2006 Lecia, his wife joined him as his assistant and in February 2007 she obtained her real estate license. Together they work to serve Guadalupe, Comal, Hays and the surrounding counties. They both grew up in Guadalupe County and are very familiar with the area and the community. Randy has been a leader in the Real Estate Profession for many years serving as President and Vice President of the Seguin Board of Realtors and as a director of the Central Texas Multiple Listing Service. He has risen to the top of the industry in sales volume and has earned the CRS professional designation (Certified Residential Specialist) , the GRI professional designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) and is very proud to say he has been distinguished as a Quality Service Agent for numerous years! Randy has been in the top 21 Producing Agents out of almost 3,000.00 Century 21 agents in the South Texas and South Central Louisiana Regions since 1998 and was named #1 Top Producing agent out of approximately 450 agents in the area and San Antonio Brokers Council in 2003, 2006, 2007 and 2009 and in the top 10 for the past 10 years! Randy will put over 14 years of agricultural business managerial experience and 15 years of real estate experience to work for you! Lecia has been in the Banking industry, Retail management and also worked in the Navarro ISD as an administrative assistant for 10 years. They are both honest and diverse individuals that use high profile marketing systems to make the process of selling or buying property as simple as possible. Together they can put their experience to work for you! Randy and Lecia are both very active in the community and their church! They have two beautiful children and a son-in-law and are members of the First United Methodist Church of Seguin!
